I’m Sammie, a Registered, Certified, and Licensed Dietitian.

As a nutrition expert, I understand the damage diet culture can do to our innate ability to listen to our bodies, leading to disordered and emotional eating.

My mission is to help you mend your relationship with food and body. As a mom, I share the common goal of raising healthy humans while navigating the pressures to be perfect, look good, and eat right, all while balancing your family’s needs.
