learn how to get in touch with your physical and emotional signals of hunger, satisfaction and fullness - and why you might be eating for non-hunger reasons, like mindless eating and emotional eating

sit in the suck, step away from the scale, stop comparing, find gratitude, and find comfort for your body as it is today - learn how negative body image started systemically and what to do to make it right so that you can do the things that bring you joy instead of letting your body hold you back

learn scripts, the dos and donts of feeding your kids so they can trust their bodies and obtain body autonomy, and teach them how to build resilience towards diet culture and societal body issues - don’t let your body stuff become their body stuff
