Transforming Lives: A Journey to Intuitive Eating and Body Liberation

I had the privilege of witnessing a remarkable transformation in one of my clients recently, and I couldn't wait to share her inspiring journey with you (with her permission, of course). This mama initially joined my group classes last year, and when I offered a special on my signature program last October, she decided to take the plunge and work with me one-on-one.

When she first came to me, she bravely rated certain aspects of her health on a scale of 1-10, with 1 being the worst and 10 being the best. Her scores revealed a struggle that many can relate to:

From there, we addressed her relationship with movement, shifting the focus from weight loss to joyful, enjoyable activity. Together, we tackled her negative thought patterns, replacing them with more supportive, empowering beliefs.
