One-on-One Nutrition Counseling

I meet you where you are in your journey and we dive deep together. No cookie cutters. No fad diets. No judgements. No promise it will be easy. I want to help you to tune into your body’s signals and improve your quality of life. I promise to be honest, real, and transparent throughout our sessions.

There is solid, scientific evidence that shows ongoing meetings with a dietitian improves health outcomes drastically. We will be working towards your long-term health goals and I will provide nutrition education along the way to help you learn how to meet your body’s needs. Each session will entail goal setting - small goals that will eventually build into sustainable lifestyle changes.

  • • Sessions are typically 60 minutes and will be held virtually.

    • Based on your needs and schedule, we can decide how often we meet. I recommend biweekly visits to start and monthly visits as follow up/maintenance.

    • If you are within 30 miles of Madison, WI, one or more of your visits can be used for a grocery store tour and/or home visit to discuss meal planning/prepping.

    • Email contacts encouraged in between sessions.

  • • $149 per 60 minute session via Venmo or my Better portal (cc charges apply)

    I normally will see clients for 6-15 sessions over the course of 6 months to a year depending on where you are in your intuitive eating or nutrition journey. Each session is customized to meet your nutrition needs, answer your questions, and explore your relationship with food.
